A non impact class designed to give your body a complete workout using bar bells and weights to music.

 

STEP    Duration - 45 minutes

A low intensity, low impact step aerobic class which still burns over 500 calories.  Combining abdominal work,

toning legs and buttocks.

 

STRETCH AND TONE    Duration– 45 minutes

A dynamic program incorporating fitness-to-music, that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. It combines

disciplines of the best Eastern cultures, like yoga and tai chi, with popular methods such as Pilates. Controlled

breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic

workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

 

NEW BODY     Duration - 45 minutes

Great calorie burning class.  Extended warm up followed by low impact moves set into a routine using small

hand weights (optional).  No jogging involved. Great Fun!

 

TUMMY, BUTTOCKS AND THIGHS     Duration - 45 minutes

This class places an emphasis on your tummy, buttocks and thighs. Lots of floor work with no jogging involved

and of course stretching at the finish.             

 

FAT BURNER      Duration - 45 minutes

The ultimate low impact fat burning class, incorporating tummy, buttocks and thighs.

 

PILATES     Duration - 60 minutes

Ultimate exercise for anyone who wants a strong toned and aligned body.  Pilates work muscles on a focused

deep level working to strengthen core postural muscles and helping to develop correct body alignment by

strengthening the stomach, stabilising the spine and supporting the back.  

 

KIDS FUN & FITNESS   Duration - 45 minutes

For Kids only! (Ages 6 to 12years) This class introduces fitness to the young ones and is designed to get

them more active.

 

FIRM IT UP    Duration - 45 minutes

Ultimate low impact class, using dynabands, fitballs, hand weights and body weight to firm up those stubborn areas.

 

CIRCUIT    Duration - 45 minutes

A workout on specifically designed hydraulic equipment for the promotion of cardio-vascular fitness as well

as toning all body parts.

 

COMBAT  CRUNCH

High energy cardio class involving powerful punch and kick routines to great music. The second part of the class is dedicated to abdominal exercises, helping to strengthen your core and getting you closer to achieving that six pack.
