 Jon has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and has successfully helped 1000's of clients reach their goals. He has successfully run fitness businesses centered around weight loss and has unique training styles coupled with nutritional advice that are designed to get results quickly. You'll have so much fun you won't even realise you're exercising.

With all his clients combined he averages over 1000kg loss a year. He conducts our workshops and runs the 12 week weight loss challenge. So if you're sick of going on the weight loss roundabout and want guaranteed results take the 1st step and let Jon show you how to achieve it.

 I started my life as an overweight child and adolescent. I had enough of being called chubby, tubby and fatso! I kept active with netball for many years and decided I wanted to do more to tone up and lose weight so I joined a gym. Since then it has become a passion. This passion has prompted and helped me to learn more about health and fitness.

I'm now able to help others who are committed to lifestyle changes in areas such as weight loss, muscle building, core strength, healthy eating and general fitness. So if you are ready to take up the same life changing challenges, lets do it together.

steve   Hi, my name is Steve and I love my job.

I am happy to train you if you are male or female of any age. Don't expect any favours from me though! If you have a goal and you ask me to help you reach that goal, there are no half measures.

I will take you out of your comfort zone and help you reach your goal. Sometimes you can't do it on your own.

  I believe in making your life a longer, stronger more fulfilling one. It doesn't matter what size, shape or age you are anything is possible when you put time and effort into it. Everybody has a fitness goal however only champions make these goals a reality. I as your trainer will push, encourage and motivate you to stay focused on that goal while having fun along the way.

 I've been in the fitness industry for more than six years and am dedicated in helping you reach your goals. I am motivational, caring and approachable and specialise in weight loss and toning up.
